1. Embrace lace

As you are well aware I am a huge FAN of lace & whilst it is normally associated with more formal events, it can certainly hold it’s own at a festival. A maxi, a cropped blouse of even a cute romper, the options are plentiful. Dress it down by layering it over a black bodysuit, adding some vintage jewels or pair it with some studded ankle boots.

2. Dont forget your headwear

Be it a wide brim fedora, a flower crown or hair chain, these accessories can add flair to any outfit! Especially if you decide to keep the rest of your festival look fairly neutral.

3. Fringing is not going anywhere

Its long been a festival favourite but the humble fringe is here to stay. Skirts, vests, bags & jackets, yep the fringe is most definitely your festival friend for life.

4. Embroidered denim is where it’s at

In case you missed it, denim recently got a fabulous facelift & it’s by far one of my favourite new trends. Gone are the days where a ripped jean is going to cut it. Think customised messages, floral badges or even personalised with your name.

5. Cold shoulders

An off the shoulder blouse or dress can add a touch of femininity to the grungiest of festival outfits. Flattering on all body shapes, this has been my go-to look all summer. Bring on that desert sun!

Are you heading to Coachella this year? See you there! x
