Why keep the lace bodysuit hidden? This Bras N Things onesie is just too good to keep under wraps & adds that feminine flirtatious touch to even the most simple of outfits. In fact, it's my new wardrobe staple. Layer it under a crisp white shirt & distressed denim jeans, expose it under an oversized boyfriend tee or slip it under a silk cami dress for an eye-catching finish. And just like that, your underwear drawer just got a fab new addition... x

To celebrate InterContinental Hotel & Resorts' hallmark seventieth birthday, we had the pleasure of travelling to their stunning, former State Guest House hotel in China's most populous city. The InterContinental Shanghai Ruijin is a private oasis built within a pristine garden that has you living amongst the beautiful, tree-lined streets of the city's quaint French Concession. Our stay here was nothing but wonderful - personalised concierge assistance, evening swims in the grand indoor pool & that undeniable palatial feel of an estate steeped in history. Outside the mansion's walls, Shanghai is a cultural collision of oriental meets western, standing tall as a gigantic metropolis of modern skylines alongside heritage decor. Aside from having the best pan-fried dumplings I have ever tasted, the city's shopping strips are never-ending (yay!) & it is one of those places that you can walk endlessly for hours. In my opinion, an absolutely fascinating urban jungle & a definite must-visit... x

a stack of nutritious wholemeal protein pancakes a recipe for healthy dairy free pancakes eating healthy pancakes topped with coconut and strawberries

Long, relaxing weekends away at the beach house call for fresh, wholemeal banana pancakes for breakfast-in-bed. Even better when they're completely made up of only the good stuff so you don't have to feel guilty at all. Delish! x

Ingredients: 2 mashed bananas, 1.25 cups wholemeal self-raising flour, 1.5 cups almond milk, 2 beaten eggs, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbls maca powder, 1 tsp chia seed powder
